This letter is to inform you that the Neston Flower Society’s Annual General Meeting will be held at Neston United Reformed Church Hall, CH64 6UZ  on:  Thursday 16^th January 2025 at 10.30 a.m.

Nominations are invited for the following Officer posts:

Chairman, Minute Secretary and Hon. Treasurer.

The current Hon. Treasurer Wendy Cooper is willing to stand for re-election.

The current Minute Secretary Barbara Fisher is willing to stand for re-election.

The current Chairman Pam Fleming-Williams is willing to stand for re-election.

The Officers are automatically members of the Committee.

Committee Members willing to stand for re-election:

Jill Barnes, Ruth Cattrell, Marion Forshaw, Diana Greenfield, Julie Stonehouse, Lesley Williams and Pat Wood.  A further three members can be co-opted by the Committee.

Nominations should be submitted to me on the tear off slip below on or before Monday 16^th December 2024, to the above address or by email to: nestonflowersociety@gmail.com

Two members are required to nominate a candidate and the consent of the candidate must be obtained.

The subscription fee for 2025 is £30.00. Subscriptions are now being accepted by our Membership Secretary, at “Newlands” 3A, The Ridgeway, Heswall, CH60 8NB.  If paying this way, please enclose an unsealed SAE.
