This letter is to inform you that the Neston Flower Society’s Annual General Meeting will be held at Neston Civic Halll, CH64 9PE on: Thursday 21st January 2027 at 10.30 a.m.
Nominations are invited for the following Officer posts:
Chairman, Minute Secretary and Hon. Treasurer.
The Officers are automatically members of the Committee.
A further Seven Committee Members are needed:
A further three members can be co-opted by the Committee.
Nominations should be submitted to me on the tear off slip below on or before Monday 14th December 2026, to the above address or by email to: nestonflowersociety@gmail.com
Two members are required to nominate a candidate and the consent of the candidate must be obtained.
The subscription fee for 2027 is £35.00. Subscriptions are now being accepted by our Membership Secretary, at “Newlands” 3A, The Ridgeway, Heswall, CH60 8NB. If paying this way, please enclose an unsealed SAE.
